About Nisha
Nisha Nathwani now offers intravenous sedation for our nervous patients; sedation can be used for all treatments or just for a procedure that could be potentially difficult, such as an extraction. Nisha gained the membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2003; she has extensive experience in carrying out this procedure.

What is sedation?
The effects of the sedation are similar to those of alcohol without the unpleasant side effects; most patients remember little or nothing of the procedure. The techniques we use are successful in controlling pain, anxiety and fear; most patients find the experience extremely pleasant.

Charges
An initial thirty minute consultation is required which is £55.00.  This appointment will cover in-depth medical questions and also a full explanation of the sedation process.  It is also your opportunity to ask any questions regarding this procedure.
The charge for sedation varies depending on the length of treatment. We charge £180.00 per hour - however, you only pay for the actual length of treatment.
